RIZIN will close out 2026 with Super RIZIN 6 on Dec. 31 at the Vantelim Dome Nagoya in Nagoya. The promotion announced 10 bouts for its traditional New Year’s Eve event, which will feature three title fights and two grand prix finals.
Headlining the event is the final promotional appearance in Japan for PFL and RIZIN featherweight champion Razhabali Shaidulloev. Shaidulloev holds an undefeated 19-0 professional record with only one career decision, which came in his September title defense against A.J. McKee. He faces Kyoma Akimoto (13-1), who earned the title shot after defeating Patchy Mix and Kleber Koike earlier this year.
The co-main event features a rematch between lightweight champion Luiz Gustavo and Mikuru Asakura. According to reports, it remains undetermined whether Gustavo's 155-pound title will be on the line. In the third-to-last bout, Saori Oshima is scheduled to defend her super atomweight championship against Natasha Kuziutina.
Super RIZIN 6 will also feature the heavyweight grand prix final between Tsuyoshi Sudario and Edopolo King. Other matchups announced for the card include Chihiro Suzuki vs. Tatsuki Shinotsuka, Taichi Tomizawa vs. Don’t Mind Kawabata, and an appearance by Christian Akira Matsuo.
