A light heavyweight matchup between rising prospects Lucas Fernando and Billy Elekana has been added to UFC Vegas 124 on Nov. 7 at the Meta APEX, MMA Fighting reported on Wednesday.
Fernando (14-3) enters the contest looking to build on an impressive promotional debut this past August, where he delivered a dominant performance before knocking out Rafael Tobias in the third round. A former LFA champion, Fernando is currently riding a five-fight winning streak that includes three knockout victories.
Elekana (10-2) will look to extend his own momentum after rebounding strongly from a debut loss to Bogdan Guskov in 2025. The PFL and LFA veteran has since put together three consecutive victories inside the octagon, taking a decision against Ibo Aslan before securing back-to-back rear-naked choke finishes over Kevin Christian and Junior Tafa.
UFC Vegas 124 is scheduled to be headlined by a five-round welterweight bout between title hopefuls Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady.
