Spotify announced Thursday that it has reached a new multiyear licensing agreement with longtime UFC commentator Joe Rogan for his flagship podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience." Under the renewed partnership, new episodes of the show will continue to be released on the streaming platform.
While Spotify did not disclose the financial terms of the extension, The Wall Street Journal reported that the agreement carries terms similar to Rogan's previous deal, which had an estimated potential payout of $250 million. The new pact extends a relationship that began in 2020, when Rogan first brought his podcast to Spotify in a deal reportedly worth more than $100 million.
"The partnership with Spotify has been an amazing fit, and they’re incredible to work with," Rogan said of the extension. "I’m extremely happy and excited to continue with them for years to come."
"The Joe Rogan Experience" remains Spotify's most-followed show, boasting more than 18 million followers on the platform. The streaming company also highlighted the program as the top podcast across major platforms in 2025.
