Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka will return to the Octagon to face undefeated contender Navajo Stirling in the main event of UFC Qatar. The five-round 205-pound showdown will headline the promotion's card scheduled for Nov. 21 at ABHA Arena in Doha, Sherdog reported.
Prochazka is looking to rebound into the title picture following a defeat against Carlos Ulberg in April. Standing in his way is the surging Stirling, a City Kickboxing product from New Zealand who has rapidly climbed the division. Stirling improved his spotless professional record to 11-0 in August by earning a first-round stoppage over former champion Jan Blachowicz, securing his sixth UFC victory and his third win of 2026.
The Qatar event also features several other high-profile matchups. In the flyweight division, pivotal bouts will see Kyoji Horiguchi take on Asu Almabayev, while Amir Albazi faces Alessandro Costa. Former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling will look to advance his featherweight title aspirations against Argentina's Kevin, and lightweight veteran Dan Hooker will battle former featherweight title challenger Brian Ortega, who returns after a cut above his eye forced him out of UFC 331. Additionally, Aleksandre Topuria, brother of former two-division champion Ilia Topuria, is scheduled to meet Santiago Luna.
