Aleksandre Topuria is reportedly set to make his return to action in the Ultimate Fighting Championship later this year. According to reporter Álvaro Colmenero via Sherdog, the 30-year-old bantamweight is currently in talks to face Santiago Luna at UFC Qatar on Nov. 21 in Doha.

Aleksandre (7-1) has not competed since November of last year, when he secured a unanimous decision victory over Bekzat Almakhan to earn his second UFC win. The elder brother of former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion Ilia Topuria, Aleksandre has spent much of his recent time focusing on coaching his brother. With Ilia having recently dropped the lightweight title to Justin Gaethje at UFC Freedom 250 and expected to remain sidelined until next year, Aleksandre is now preparing to chase his third victory inside the Octagon.

Luna (8-1) holds a 2-1 record under the UFC banner. The bantamweight will look to get back into the win column after suffering the lone defeat of his professional career this past June, when he was submitted by Bryce Mitchell.

In addition to Topuria vs. Luna, the Nov. 21 card in Doha is also rumored to feature a middleweight bout between Ikram Aliskerov and former title challenger Jared Cannonier.
